I have an inspiration tumblr where I put all the cool photographers that I like. I do something that is pretty novel in the tumblr world called 'linking back to the artists and crediting them'.
Hah, it's a bit of a sore spot for me as most of my work that is floating around tumblr is completely uncredited. Which I am sure you can all understand is quite frustrating..

I know, people who don't credit are horrible. I try to credit every post, but sometimes I just can't find a source. If I see one of my photos without credits, I just send them a message :)

I always try to credit with a link through, although some of the stuff I reblog doesn't have it. Frustrating!
