you grow from the inside

It's been so rainy recently. But I'm lucky it suits my mood. It makes me not want to get out of bed and spend my whole time reading or sleeping in and watching nice movies with Nick.

Alas, alack, I cannot do this as I have uni. But soon this will all be over. Another 3 weeks of ultimate end of year stress and I can enjoy 4 months (ridiculous, I know) of holidays. If anyone wants to hire me /or knows that their work is currently hiring could you pl0x let me know :). I need a job for the summer holidays/probably the rest of ma lief.

I had the most inspiring moment just before. The light in the park was absolutely stunning. So alien and Tornado by Jonsi came on and it just fit so perfectly. I seriously live for these moments.

today was going to be a lazy day
and i was in the city going to get some glasses
when i got a call from the jojo demanding my presence at a gig
one which i was not really looking forward to and hence was not attending
HOWEVER how wrong was i when i rocked up and the basics were going to be playing
THE BASICS!!
how brilliant.
it was a lovely time
and we got photos with the dude from gotye i.e. the drummer.
